Ashgar was founded by Mr. Eli Cohen, former CEO of Israel Discount Bank and and former CEO of IDB Holding Corporation. Over the last 50 years, Mr. Cohen has led a variety of business ventures across diverse sectors including: real estate, telecommunications, banking, insurance, financial markets, food retail and consumer products.
